- Worm & center table bush made of selected steel.
Inspection
- Direct reading to 2 minute for size 6",8" and 10" on hand wheel scale.
- Direct reading to 1 minute for size 12", 15", 15" and 20" on hand wheel scale.
- Accuracy: Maximum error 4 minutes of circular division using hand wheels.
- Table flat to within 0.01 mm / 100mm.
- Working surface rotates in its own plate to within 0.030 mm.
- Horizontal and Vertical supporting surface square with 0.01 mm / 100mm.
- Centre bush bore is true to table axis. within 0.03 mm.
- Maximum parallelism error through 360 rotation of table is .025 mm.
- 715: The base is provided with two bolt slots in & Code 715E for both Horizontal & Vertical mounting on Machine Table.
